Assembly

Our bamboo fountain comes unassembled so it is not damaged in shipping. Follow the steps below to easily assemble.

From left to right: Deer scare, deer scare supports and rod, deer scare base

Insert first deer scare support into hole with rod hole facing inwards, if it does not fit, try the other support.

Insert rod into deer scare support hole.

Insert deer scare onto rod.

Insert other support and push rod through hole. Move supports to align deer scare.

Put the knocker piece under the deer scare rear.

From left to right: Fountain base, fountain top.

Put hose through fountain top, into fountain spout.

Push fountain top into fountain base.

You're done! Now all you need to do is place both pieces into the water basin of your choice and hook up the pump. To better anchor pieces, surround with rocks.

Troubleshooting

Water shoots past deer scare - Push the spout in further and turn down the pressure on your pump.

Deer scare does not dump out or does not return to the top - Make sure your fountain is perfectly level. If that does not work, make sure the water flow is not too high, sometimes the spout can keep the deer scare in the downward position. If that does not work you may need to add weight to the back of the deer scare.
